Welcome to FT! One repetition is a full range of motion. For example, when doing bicep curls one rep would be to curl the weight fully and extend the weight back down. I'm sure you will get many more responses and welcomes =). Good luck!

I am doing the advanced toning and it calls for a ton of reps and it is alot of work and really makes you sweat. Just as davis said it is a full range of motion regardless the excercise if you need specifics just hit me up. Good Luck with your workouts
