Hello all!
I am an almost 50 year old woman who is looking to get more fit. My motivation and stick-to-it for exercise and athletic endeavors has always been very poor. I've been blessed with good genetics, slim build & not prone to put on weight. Osteoporosis is a very real concern of mine. I'm hoping that being on this site will give me the motivation I need to stick to this program. One source I have is the thought of my youngest son who just graduated from Marine boot camp. A perverse thought is that if I stay fit, he will stay safe.:) At any rate, any encouragement and support which can be given, is greatly appreciated.
