hye ppl newbie here this site is really cool. but i have a 1st time question. im 5ft 1 and im quite thin from my stomach upwards. however it seems that over the the past few months either my thighs or bum have really grown and im not to sure. i can't seem to fit into to my jeans anymore!:angry: i used to be a slender size 8 but now it all s ems to go down hill. any suggestions as to what i should do?
Run! And do the stair master. The stair master is the king of losing lower fat. Do that for 30 minutes when you wake up, 20 minutes in the afternoon, and 30 right before you go to bed. You'll lose the fat very quickly. Stop the problem before it's get too big of a problem that it's hard to overcome. Take care.
