Welcome to ft! The programs do work, just make sure your diet also supports what you are doing. There is a lot of GREAT information here and you won't find better support anywhere. Good luck with your goals!

since you are the professional...i was wondering what you would recommend. I am overwieght (210lbs 5'5")but not extremely unfit. for the past 6 months or so i've been working on a oliptical trainer for 30-45min 3times a week with my heart rate between 135-155 and although i have found my cardio has increased somewhat (it has become easier over time and i am not sweating the same way) I find that it has done nothing for me in terms of weight loss. I was wondering what you would recommend. (i can't stand the treadmill)
