Hi, my name is Eivi (or Ivy).
I am a new member of this site and if you have some pointers or anything, I will listen.
I currently suffer from depression and I am one of those who doesn't want those ''happy pills''. I am too stubborn to let medicine rule my life, I want to do it myself!
So, exercise really works for my depression, but now I want to loose a bit of weight also.
So any pointers, do's and dont's would be great ! :D
