i want to add and ask few other things ..i'm 143 pounds ,5'4 is my height..and i want to loose 20 pounds..what is the best thing for me to do ..i know i can't diet properly ..but i don't eat much its just the pregnancy that has left the fat and the weight there..i do treadmill 7 days a week on 6 km/hr speed fast walking and i increase it to 7 to jog couple of times in the middle of excercise..i also do stomach crunches and few other excersices which i mixed up from tomy little and pilates ..i mean i picked up those which i think i needed..so its a total 20 min workout i do everyday without using weights..i started doing all this from march 3 2003 ..all i want to ask is that is there anything else i need to do to loose weight fast and that when should i expect result after doing this..i'm also trying to eat less as i do braekfast(tea and one slice) i take tea and bran bread instead of lunch and i have dinner properly ..if i'm doing something wrong please correct me...thanks
plus i want to know what cardio means..is this the walk and jog thing to work your cardiorespiratory system too.
