signed up and started my programme yesterday......ouch!! my triceps are on fire and feel like someone is sticking a red hot poker in them everytime i move my arms!!:(
however.....i was gonna update my programme with what i had done etc and it pops me straight into next week.
anyone know how i can get back to my original programme and input the data?
also where the exercise is dumbells do i input the combined weight of the two?

I think once you've updated your program, it starts all over again... so, I think your data is likely lost....

As for the dumbell question, it depends on the the exercise... if you are doing something like dumbell flys, go ahead, add the combined weight, but if you are doing something like lateral raises, I would input just the single weight... in the grand scheme of things I don't think it matters, as long as you are consistent.
