Yea, this is my third time signing up on freetrainers. Never posted though. Lets hope I do something now. I really need to get my arse in gear if I hope to achieve my goals.

You mean you signed up with different names or signed up for FT programs and never did them?
Anyway, good luck with your goals!

Heh..kinda a combo of both. I'd sign up and get all ready to go the next week, then I'd forget or start working on something else. My drive just wasnt there. I'm pushin hard this time so that doesnt happen. It has to happen, otherwise my goals are gone. I'll be on here frequently, talk to you all later!

I notice on your profile it says that you're going to be trying out for a local semi pro football team....What position do you play?

Besides pick up games, I haven't played since highschool, never went to college for athletics. Highschool I mostly played strong safety, with some WR on offense. So I'm going for a safety spot or receiver. Thats why i'd like to gain 5-10lbs. I think I'm a little on the light side for defense. How soon can a person gain 5-10?
Thanks for all the welcomes people!
