I want to lose my weight and get in shape soooo bad after gaining it all back in the last year. I just can't find the motivation. I mean, I'm already backsliding and I haven't even started yet :-(
Managed to do two sets each of each excersize subscribes to me, out of four. And I just gave up. It was hard to do even that after being inactive for so long. If someone could tell me how long it will take before my body adjusts and is able to handle the full program given to me???
It'll take at LEAST a couple of weeks to adjust to a more active schedule. Maybe you should stick with just a couple of sets of each exercise for now, and add more sets as you get comfortable with the exercises. And don't get down if you don't see immediate weight loss. That too will come in time.
Thankyou. Since this post I have actually found motivation within myself. I don't know what happened. Lost 3 pounds already. Am waking up at 6:30 am to walk a couple of miles and then I do My sets. WOO! It hurts pretty bad to do some things now though.....and I am not sure if that's normal. It's like, sharp pains...even lifting the laptop I ca feel It. It's only in my Biceps though.
