My program starts today and I have some questions about doing sets. Do I do one set for each exercise then start over again or do I do a set of push-ups, for example, wait a minute then do another? Also, if I can should I do more than what is already in the program?
Thanks for your help.

You do all sets for ewach exercise. So yes do a set of push ups rest a bit then do another..... also if you can do a bit more that is ok but not all the time.

Thank you very much, I did my first workout last night(but didn't even have to worry about doing more than the target reps) and now I'm just wondering if there is anything I should input for weight on exercises that don't use weights like push-ups.(i'm on the home training program)
