Hey everyone! I'm beginning my fitness training. I actually began last week and I'm LOVING it. I have a long way to go. I used to run frequently in my teen years in was in pretty good shape until having kids. Been downhill since then. I'm raring to go though, and very determined. I'm gonna be one hot mama by the time I'm through!! LOL!
