hi im new here and need some help with sticking to everything really....need like a cyber workout buddy or something to help keep me motivated throughout getting my body better in shape and to the point where i can keep up with my 2 and 4 year girls

thanks.......right now im trying to figure out how to get my diet and my workout plan correct heres a question it says to do my full body workout monday wed (etc) can i do my upper body on those days and do my lower on tue,thurs (etc)?

You could, but a lot of the trainers here recommend full body circuits for beginners. I guess it would depend on your level.
