, rich, i have a question for you,,,i started doing some kick boxing for about a month now,,but about a week ago i was the same routine and i did a kick, a little higher then before ,,,when i did do the kick i heard a pop,where my joint connects to my hip it was painful but not to bad....anyway if i stand on the leg i have no pain,,first couple af days it was painful to walk but that went away...but when i go to stretch it really hurts and if i try the same kick (side kick)it hurts ...is there something i can do for my leg...it is not painful enough to go to my doctor......
