Will my home training fitness plan help me to reduce my high blood pressure and high cholesterol count (140 over 93 b/p and around 8 for my cholesterol count)or will i have to incorporate other things into my training, i have already started to eat better by cutting out a lot of saturated fat in my diet, age is not on my side either, i'm 48, 200lbs and 5'11" tall. Any advice would be welcome.

Well, I just dropped my cholesterol # from 7.1 to 3.86.
Incorporate lots of fiber, citrus fruit, and cut back on the fats. you will see results by eight weeks.
The exercise will help big time for both of your problems.
I blew the diet about a year ago and stopped training. All hell broke lose. I am back at it, and all is well. I will be 53 in September.
If you want more info IM me on here. Be glad to help.

Go for a high fiber cereal, citrus fruits, and whole grain breads. Also don't forget about beans, many varieties.
