I've almost got my daily intake right on the dot, protein is up 10% past needed, fats 45% below max, but I need 500-900 calories and 200-300 carbs, is there any high carb/calorie low fat foods I can eat to offset this? if they have protein thats a plus :P

I think the perfect food for what your looking for, is pasta! The stuff is loaded with carbs and has a good amount of calories. The quick quisine pasta has the same amount of calories a normal serving of regular pasta, only it has fewer carbs, and lots more protein. Bad thing about this pasta though is that it tastes like rubber. :surprised:
But yeah, the pasta is deffinately what your looking for.

make sure its whole grain pasta, at least most of the time.
