I'm a new member to the site, been working out just cardio for about the past year, not making any gains, or losses, not overly ripped, but decently toned. Decided to start putting on mass. But for my career I need to also focus on cardio IE run, push ups, situps. I've got a 5 day/week schedule that I keep to fairly well, getting my forms right, etc. Where I could use some assistance is deciding whether to put in a 6th day for cardio/run, or if I'm already putting on too much strain. Everything feels right so far, haven't gotten up to enough weight with proper form to come close to damaging anything, my goal for the next year is to gain a minimum of 30 pounds, gain some definition, and maintain/increase 2 mile run time, amount of push/sit ups in 2 minute period. Any critiques, comments are welcome, please keep it constructive.
