I was searching a post on another site when I came across one giving a list of foods and there nutrition content when the following two really caught my eye and I dont see how this can be true. Anybody have any input on this?

Portion Cal Carb Fat Protein

Shofar no yolks noodles

Kasha is excellent. We go through boxes of the stuff.
Usually cooked with an egg white also.
The no yolk noodles are very good also.
These are Kosher products.

Sorry for double posting, the box I have, the label says,

156, 34, 1, 5,

It's great in chicken soup or mixed with bowtie pasta.
