Hiiiii my name is Kelly and I just joined FT! I've been super unhappy with the way my body has been getting out of control with excess partying and just eating junk all the time. I recently moved across the country and I've been overwhelmed with stress from it which hasn't helped. I joined because I want to lose some weight and gain some lean muscle. But to me it isn't all about weight here. I want to revamp my who life perspective down to the way I eat! I lack some motivation when it comes to diet and exercise and I could really use a partner on here to help me get started :) I can't wait to start and get down to some serious changes!!!
