Hi, I recently posted a message about cardio asking if 15-20 minutes of cardio 5 times a week was equivalent to 30-45 minutes of cardio done 3 times a week. Someone responded with an answer saying it is ok if I am doing HIIT. I didnt know what this was exactly and did some research. I now know what it is, however, I am not sure if I understand how to do it correctly. With 3 kids and a full time job, the only time I have to do cardio is on a half hour lunch break. thanks for your help! :)

But 30 mins is sufficient!!
Start with 5 mins warm up, then a little faster for 2 mins, 3 mins slow, faster 2 mins, 2 mins slow, very fast 1 min etc etc and finish with 5 mins cool down.
You got it? Working in interval, going from fast to slow etc?
