I was thinking of carrying a medicine ball everytime i did HIIT, not very heavy maybe...i dunno 20, 30 or even 40lbs medicine ball. The reason why im considering this is because i remember hearing that pretty much any exercise that makes you really breathe hard will increase your stamina, and im looking ways to raise my stamina. Please comment.

a weighted vest would be better - less stress on your joints. Carrying a weight while doing cardio really isn't advisable.

Even if you already had strong joints, you wouldnt want to damage those joints right? By doing HIIT with a medicine ball could make them weaker, correct?

I am not sure if the "medicine ball" would be the best for your posture while performing a HIIT...

its not a matter of joints because personally if I am doing HIIT correctly it drains you and you have to eventually lean on that equipment I do an elliptical so i dont usee weight just increase resistance
