Wecome kountry-girl to ft! Great job on changing your lifestyle nutritionally! I don't see you mentioning an exercise program, you may want to add a weight program to your weekly routines, I know you can burn a lot doing chores, but the consistency of a weight program could benefit. The other thing I notice here is that you list your calorie intake as 800-1100 a day...that could pose a problem as your body most likely isn't getting enough calories and you could just be eating away at your muscle as your body stores the fat instead. That is WAY low and can mess with your metabolic structure, you can eat more but GOOD for you foods that will contribute to your needs, if you have an active lifestyle, those calories are needed for energy and if your body doesn't get them, they will store them and take from your muscles basically and that won't help you. Check out the programs here on FT, read more about what you require per day in calories and implement a good exercise program regardless of your activities at the farm. Good luck to you, sounds like you have implemented a lot of good things into your life, just need some final tweaking!
