Anyway ideas on how to rehab a hip after a bone graft? Graft was taken from the right hip crest some 2+ years ago.
Seems to be endurance related so I do not wake up with pain it comes from walking for several hours, too much time/too often on the stair stepper, or too much exercise in general. In addition, sometimes sitting in a cross leg position on the couch or floor will cause pain for the first couple of steps, but eventually works its way out.
I'm already very flexible (yoga/pialaties). Did 6 month of PT and my Therapist finally told me that if time did not heal this then it was mine to deal with for the rest of my days. I am currently planning a trip to Italy and there will be much walking involved. Any ideas on how to build endurance?
