I am limited to stationary bike only because of hip osteoarthritis. Currently I ride 30 mins at 80-85RPMs. I have plateaued, but I can't do any other kind of cardio that I know of. Please offer some suggestions.
I lift free weights for 1 hour after cardio in home gym on a three day rotation of chest and back; arms and shoulders; legs quads, calves and hamstrings.
