My favorite exercise for the hips are push ups. Spred your legs apart wide as you can take your left leg bring it accross and under your left leg do 10 pushups then reverse sides this is good for stretching and strengthening., no equipment needed can do just about any where give them a try. Start with low numbers 10 do in morning to start first week second week do 10 each side in morning and 10 at night, increase reps by 5 each week or more if you dont feel much try for one month you should see a good difference.
