=), hey, I'm a 60kg, 176cm male. Currently at +/- 12.5% body fat. I'm aiming to get it to below 10% and gain muscle mass at the same time. My diet's been 2 eggs and a cup of milk for breakfast, 2 sandwhiches which has 2 pieces of chicken ham in each of them and 250ml of milk later in the day, and finally, about 200grams of rice, 140grams of protein and an inevitable amount of fat (I mean, it's cooked with the meat and they are as oil-free as they can be) which I have calculated to be not more than 30g for dinner.

Is it possible for me to achieve my goals with this? I follow the workout plan I get here for my muscle gains. I do HIIT 3 times a week. I just started on the 1st of January this year. Since then, I have dropped from 62.5kg to 60kg, 13.9% body fat to 12.5% body fat. However, I find my progress to be erratic as there are ups and downs in my readings. What are your opinions? Will I be fine continuing on with this routine?

Thanks for the feedback in advance. =)

i think your diet is pretty awful. You will make moe progress increasing your lean protein and eating real carbs like sweet potatoes, oatmeal and brown rice. do some reading in the nutrition forum.
