Welcome to FT escvelocity! Resistance training will help a lot, but it takes time. Look into one of the exercise programs offered here and stick to it for the full 8 weeks. You'll be amazed at the changes in your body. You just need to fill up those saggy bits with muscle:)

I only have to lose about 15 lbs, and tone up...
I was wondering though...
I have had four children, and have major stretch marks. My belly, and breast sag.How much will toning up help? Or is surgery my only option? I have noticed that the more weight i have lost, the more i sag....:(

HI & welcome
I have had 5 kids and have stretch marks etc...resistance training is the way to go...you CAN firm up your belly and breasts..they will never be the way they use too...having kids and gravity and all that.BUT you can go a long way in firming and toning the muscles underneath those areas so those areas are better supported and will sag less. But you must work hard!!! and eat right.
When losing weight you MUST exercise in order to help tone the saggy bits..
Sad to say nothing will remove the stretch marks..even a tummy tuck wont do it...

esc...Welcome to FT!
FOTW told you everything you need to know to get your started. Follow her lead and make yourself comfortable here and you can get to where you want to be!
Isn't it ironic how gravity works...it causes our bodies to fall...but it also causes them to rise back up. Without gravity we couldn't get any benefit from weights. Just an observation...I digress.
