i was told hma creatine is the best creatine i can get. i'm 19 and i wanted to take creatine and i've talked to two people (1 doctor and 1 person who used to be a trainer w/ the angels) and both of them were not advocates of creatine. they suggested a diet w/ a lots of protein. what is your guys take on it and are there any clinical studies done on creatine over a period of time more than 9 years you know of?
