well anyways i have bought some of it( its pretty exepensive, 50 canadian $ for 12 days). ill tell if its any good in a month.
I made my own programe. is it alright? Monday- back, biceps tuesday- chest, triceps wednesday- legs, calves, abs Friday- back, biceps Saturday- sholders, triceps, abs Sunday- running

Maybe rest more. Depends what you are going for though.

Your program looks pretty good but I'll have to agree with merlinhog you might want to slip in a day of rest maybe around wednesday. If not try it for a while and if you pick up on signs of overtraining change it.

thanks, so i'll just move legs and calves to friday, and abs to tuesday.
