HMB can improve lean body mass,encurance, strenght and even decrease muscle soreness. It should be considered for anyone on a low calorie " cutting up" program, it also supports the body's ability to minimize protein breakdown and damage to muscle cells, which can occur after intense resistance exercise. It is favor of new muscle growth.

well anyways i have bought some of it( its pretty exepensive, 50 canadian $ for 12 days). ill tell if its any good in a month.

I made my own programe. is it alright?
Monday- back, biceps
tuesday- chest, triceps
wednesday- legs, calves, abs
Friday- back, biceps
Saturday- sholders, triceps, abs
Sunday- running

Maybe rest more. Depends what you are going for though.

Your program looks pretty good but I'll have to agree with merlinhog you might want to slip in a day of rest maybe around wednesday. If not try it for a while and if you pick up on signs of overtraining change it.

thanks, so i'll just move legs and calves to friday, and abs to tuesday.
