Sorry gator, been working alot...I do alot of squats, calf raises, push-up, crunches, and I use a cut down hockey stick that has rope attached to it, and on the other end of the rope is ten pounds. And I roll the ten pounds all the way up to the stick. I know its ghetto, but it works my forearms. Pretty much I am looking to get bigger forearms, clafs, big quads, and stronger abs.
Hope that helps.

I just read my post about the cut down hockey stick workout. I don't know if I explained it properly. I hold the cut down stick horizontally in front of me, I then roll my wrists bringing the ten pound weight closer and closer to the horizontal stick. Hope that fixed it.

the only hockey specific things you can really do is skating and shooting. start shooting in your driveway and playing pickup games.

He was talking about using his hockey stick as a wrist roller if you read his post. simple, yet effective.
