Newbie here :)
I've been working out for out 2 months now, with small results (beer is the enemy).
Just got through a four-week "marie claire" toner plan, and found this site.
Normal work out schedule is twice a day (mon - fri) and occassional weekends.
Diet is the first direction I'd look in as far as your lack of appreciable results. It's the hardest mountain to climb, but the one that's the most important.
Thanks! Yeah, I do pretty good on the eating side, being a "pescatarian", I don't have to worry about fatty burgers and such, and I've curb'd down my pasta / breads.
I am excited to see where this 8 week program takes me :D
