HELLO ALL, I'M BRAN SPANKIN NEW TO THIS SO I THOUGHT I'D SAY HOWDY. I'M 22, A MOTHER OF 2, AND LOOKIN TO SHED A FEW POUNDS. EVERYONE SAYS MY WEIGHT LOOKS GOOD ON ME, BUT I LONG TO BE REALLY IN SHAPE LIKE I WAS A FEW YEARS AGO. MY PASSION THEN WAS RUNNING, 4 NIGHTS A WEEK, UNTIL I HAD MY KIDS AND NOW I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TAKE A BREAK MUCH LESS GO RUNNING FOR AN HOUR OR TWO. ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON CARDIO THAT HAVE GREAT RESULTS BUT DON'T REQUIRE LOTS OF TIME?
Hi TCPOO, I agree with ravenwolf above, HIITS are the best results. at least they were for me. I am a mother of 4 so i know what you mean about wnting to be the way you used to be. Focus, Stay motivated (keep reading posts on this site and ask a lot of questions) and you can do it!!
