I've been a member for a few months now, but I've never really said hi yet. You'll find I have a slightly sarcastic point of view, but I try to mix that with humor. So if my replies are too negative or offend, let me know and I'll try to tone it down a bit. If you're wondering about my qualifications, I've been certified for over 3 years now and am currently studying through the C.H.E.K. Intstitute. I've worked with clients that range from an 85 year old ex-marine, to a high school baseball team. I'm always learning new and exciting information, so I'll share it with everyone as it comes. I'll try to reply to a question as quickly as I can, but sometimes I'm away from my computer for days at a time, so I'll apologize up front.

My expertises:
Athlete Strength and Conditioning
Nutrition
General Strength and Condtioning

I also dabble in just about anything else that interests me, so if you have a question about anything pertaining to health and vitality...ask away. If I don't know, I'll learn it and then give as many references as I can.

I guess what I'm attempting to do is distance myself from the majority of "personal trainers" as well as be original. I've never read a study or article that literally made me laugh out loud while still learning the information. That's my goal is to be the first to do this. Guess ya'll are going to have to be the judge of that.
