Hi everyone, I have been holidaying and haven't trained for the last 2 weeks. My muscle mass has stayed the same which i'm happy about. I am going to hit the gym tomorrow and was just wondering is it true that after a 2 week break this will shock my body again and I will see some even better results faster? Cheers Scott
Everybody needs a break once in a while including your muscles (and yes you can experience better muscle respons after needed rest)
