any one here made any home made sleds, something for farmers walk or a reverse hyper machine. I really want to incorporate all of this into my training because this is the sort of training i really like with log lifts and things like that:big_smile:. For sled in thinking just a piece of scrap metal bent up at the front with a piece of metal sticking up to stack plates on. Farmers walk i guess i could just put fat amount of weight on sum :dumbbell::dumbbell: and carry them around, any ideas for this? The reverse hyper i have a few little ideas for but i said it more asking if anyone has made one more than anything. I dont think it would be to hard but just more question of safety with the quality it would be comparing:(.I've also thought about sandbag training doing some random lifts and carrying that round also but have nooooooo idea where id go to buy sand:laugh: Also any other home made things any1's made that they really like

no prob danny....
it`s a great site (so is this one)... I have not made too many things as I have fallen into the corporate salvery, so not enough time for other things...
now, before I buy anything I`ll try to figure out if I can make my own it`s just more fun that way....
if you go to http://www.rosstraining.com/ and visit his blogs there`s info on custom equipment contest.
thnx for the link ...
let me know when you done other things..
