I started a week ago and I find it's a very good home program! I'm expecting great results at the end of my 8 weeks :)

Ive finished my 2nd one, on my 3rd. First one I followed the FT one to the exact...2nd time I experimented a bit. I started the Intermediate training..shoulda done begginer lol.

Boy they werent lying about "beginners big gains" comments. I gained 8-9lbs on my 1st 8 week program, on my 2nd one I think I gained about 4-5lbs. I suspect I'll be gaining 2-4lbs on this 3rd one.

I think the programs are gr8..however spending time on this forums or other BB websites for that matter sucking up information is better :) Its definetly a gr8 guideline for begginer.

hmmm is begginner spelt with 2 n's or 2g's? lol

lol, well I doubt anyones gonna notice anything after 1 week :)

Try not to look at yourself in the mirror for say 4 weeks. After that take a look and I think you'll definetly notice some difference. lol
