i went and got a three hundred pound tire ,im trying the three hundred work out it burns so many calories fast ,i use a sledge hammer for my arms and i jump rope ,I DO TIRE EXPLOSIONS AND I BOUGHT A AGILITY LADDER AND MAN IT BURNS FAT FAST ,i just need some diet suggestions
