It's my first day here.
I've been looking at my home workout and I found out that there is no change in the next 3 months
And I see that it's the same exercise for all the three days of the week.
It's the same no. of sets & repetitions
Why isn't this exercise incremental?
For how long should I keep doing it?
Hi Sarah, it is a basic at home program. If you find it to easy simply move up a level where you will be more challenged and have more exercise options.
