hey.i wondered if anyone could help with a problem i have found since i have started working out more at home.i just do simple excercises:press ups, sit ups, bicept curls and bench press. i realsied i needed exercises to counteract these so my posture wasnt affected. i now have found methods of inverse sit up by lieing on my front and arching my back up and for the bicept curls but could anyone tell me how i can counteract the work the press ups/bench pressing is doing at home without gym facilities so my shoulders are not pulled forward out of their natural position by my chest becoming tighter.sorry its such a longwinded post. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.thanx

A very econimical invest for the home is an exercise ball. You can do many exercises with dumbells and the ball.

do you have dumbells or a barbell? bent over rows, shoulder presses, lateral, front raises, reverse flyes....with a resistance band you could secure it overhead and do pulldowns...the bands are very versatile and you can get them in varying resistances.

Do you have a suggested workout from F.T.? My experience has been that if you properly input your fitness goals and such that they are a huge help in knowing what excercises you should do.
-------------- "Do the right Things" and "Do Things Right". You will succeed.
