Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has any recipes for high protein/calorie/carb shakes or bars (and hopefuly low fat). I've found a good one for bars that has very little fat and high calories(275)/protein and carbs, sorry I don't have it with me or I'd post it. I'm kinduv looking for a recipe that doesn't need any of those whey powders mixed in but rather just uses natural ingredients. Well if you know of any good shakes or bars that fit into this can ya let me know, thanks.

Here's a good shake that I have been having lately:

1 scoop chocolate protein
8 oz milk
1 banana
1 serving chunky peanut butter
Ice

liquify all in a blender mixing in ice to desired consistency. Pretty damn good.

Here is a great pancake recipe...I made these this morning, very tasty.

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 eggwhites
2 tbsp. of vanilla
cinammon
(if you want, a kid size applesauce portion)

Heat flat hot plate, 400 degrees, spray with pam with olive oil, pour blended batter in pancake size portions on hot plate, couple minutes or so each side. Top with sugar free syrup, or Atkins hazlenut is good, or even allfruit. Enjoy. I mix mine up, sometimes I will add a banana instead of the applesauce, and add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
