Yes...it's a cactus derivative(the bushmen used it before long hunts to suppress appetite)...
it's been shown to suppress hunger by as much as 40%....
in one study overweight people were placed on a couch in front of a TV and given food....one group took the supplement and the other did not...the group that took this supplement ate dramatically less....
proper dosage is between 500mg and 2grams...most supplements on the market are only as high as 400mg...in stores at least
think Trim Spa(Anna Nicole SMith)...is only 125mg.....
search for it online...you can get higher dosages....
