Hi, I just rejoined the site in an attempt to get in better shape. I am really happy with the progress I have made but a little disappointed with my pecs. If anyone has some advice on how I can get my inner pecs built up so that I get some nice definition down the middle it would be greatly appreciated. You can see a picture of me under the martinjackson profile in the members directory. Hopefully someone out there has a good idea that mixed with some hard work will turn out results.

What is your current routine in trying to build up that area? I believe the pectorals are one large muscle group. Therefore, you probably cannot define the inner from the outer. Rather, that entire muscle group should be worked on as a whole. Try doing more flyes and use the pec deck machine when doing your isolated chest workout. Inclined work should help as well.

Good luck!

Do some decline cable flyes and keep your arms close to your body, bring your hands together about waist level - these rock for your pecs!
