I thought this might be a feminine topic... might not. I'm getting hot flashes lately, within the last week & 1/2. A few things that have changed within that time frame:
- started watching diet - counting cals & macro nutrients
- eating 6 meals a day
- started ft regiment versus endless cardio
- started taking CLA
Has anyone else had a sudden onset of hotflashes? I'm only 28...
Thanks for your input!

nikkilind - I get hot flashes after breakfast, usually. I have decided it is just my metabolism being up or something.
If it continues, you may want to talk to your doctor and make sure it is nothing else.
I just went through a bunch of tests when i had pneumonia and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong, so I like to think that it is an indication of fat-burning going on:big_smile:

DHEA, you can get it in any health food store and even at Wal-mart, I take one every morning with my Vitimins. A friend of mine just started taking 10 mgs every morning and she says it is amazing, no more night sweats either. I take 25 mgs. Beware though they say it will increase your body hair growth, but I have not experienced that and I have been taking it for two years now. Ron did an experment with me whereas he stopped giving it to me for a couple of days. I couldn't figure it out, I was having back to back hot flashes. He sat and watched me one night, then said to me "The DHEA must be working" I said why? He said then He had stopped giving it to me. I was so mad. Now every morning I ask him "Is my DHEA in this pile" Funny guy my husband, He got a good laugh out of it.
