Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me out a little. What's the best diet to be on when you have an hourglass body shape? And what are the best exercises to do? All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks...

Please keep in mind that everyone's different. There is no universal workout or diet for each body type. You will have to experiment and stick with one that works, until it stops working. Feel free to peruse the other forums...they have a ton of useful info. for you.

Good luck!

Alot of figures are formed by sculpting. That means doing specifac exercises that target specific muscles.
While doing this, it is imperative that you have a proper diet. Some people have the small looking waist because they widen thier shoulders, and work thier quads. Keep in mind they do a complete workout but emphasize on certain areas.
Good Luck.
