Are you trying to cut down the number of times you workout? Are you trying to achieve a certain goal? Maybe I didn't see the original post! IMO I like the 3 day, two muscle group approach (chest/tri, back/bi, shoulder/leg)... but most important is that you hit all muscle groups within a week! Hey, whatever makes you comfortable!

How about this. . . - I like to do my dumbbell curls in that cage looking rack thing in front of the mirrors at my gym. Well, I was on my 4th set, so I only had 3 to go, and some guy comes up to me and says, “can you move if you don’t need the rack,” he said he wanted to do deadweights or weightlifts or something. I said, “hey mister, I was here first, and I like to stand in this cage thing and look in the mirror, plus is makes me feel cozy.” Aren’t you guys proud of me?

AHAHAHAHAHA...........lol is not enough for this...I really hope you were sarcastic....
I'd be tempted to punch you in the face for this....
God forbid if he actually did those crazy things called squats or deadlifts in the cage...doing curls in a cage....is the best way for people to look at you like an idiot....next time go into some far corner and do them there so no1 can see the shame...LOL
just 7 sets of curls? i bet that's just 1 exercise...he prolly got another 2-3 in store for his 30 inch arms...
