I'm 5'4" and 134 lbs. About 33%BF on the Tanita scale and 27% with calipers. I would like to get down to about 120 lbs or at least get by BF down for a flat tummy. I'm 47 yrs old. I have had my resting metabolism measured at 1200 (not sure how accurate that really was). Anytime I've lost any weight I was at about 1200 calories or less but was not lifting any weights. (I would LOVE to add some muscle to my small frame size)

My question is ... The nutritional plan here shows I should be at 1785 calories per day. Doesn't this seem too high?

If you are lifting and doing cardio, once you add in that expenditure and your daily activity expenditure, 1700 should be a good starting point - your metabolism should pick up when you start lifting weights and you don't want too big of a calorie deficit.
