hi. just did my profile today and i am floored by it! i am 5.3 and weigh 130. i am trying to get off the last ten pounds, which is proving to be very hard. my profile says i should be eating 130g protein, 260g carbs, 21g fat, for a total calorie intact of 1732, daily. my question is this: how in gods name am i suppose to eat all this food without bumping up the fat? 21 grams of fat per day? that isn't much at all. Could this be a mistake? LOL. the way i see it, i think im looking at alot of protein powder and skim milk or water for the next 10 weeks. (don't worry, i know i have to eat whole foods too). fyi: i work out 4x a week, weights and cardio- have been doing this for about 3 years-, and teach dance 12 hours a week on top of this. im pretty fit, but am still carrying around a little too much fat for my frame. thanks for the advice.
