How can i get my bench up? my max right now is at 160 and i only weigh 145. any suggestions on how to improve my strength? thx

Keep eating, Sleeping and lifting, your strength will increase over time :dumbbell:
Probably not what your looking for, but thats really your answer, consistantcy is the Key!

Umm, question about the eating? what exactley should i eat? I know the whole 1g per pound thing. i understand that, but how do i lose weight? less carbs right? and whats an acceptable amount of fat for my weight?:)
