Ihave just started a new fitness goal, i think it is called muscle mass .. or something like that. One of the exersizes i am meant to do today (according to my Fitness plan) is called "Close Grip Chins". I cannot do this exersize becuase i do not have a bar or anything to hang from. What alternative exersizes could i do?? (it works the back). Also how do i tell th database thqat i have done a different exersize????

Jonny, a doorway chin bar is about $15. If thats the only thing you lack for the special mass program, just get one. You can substitute cable pulldown exercises to a point. The chin exercises would be one of the easier ones to conjour up with a little imagination.
