pumpkin pie spice, sugar-free syrup (after cooking), berries..... some people like chocolate protein powder in it,
did you do a search. I think this has been discussed before.

I just use fruit and cinnamon. I like the frozen fruits, I then spoon the hot oats over the fruit, and it thaws perfectly. Add cinnamon on top and mix.

try that, there are some good ideas there.
here is a recipie that the guy i used to buy my supplements from sent me:
============
Oatmeal Breakfast Treat
1/2 cup dry Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal
Water to cover the oatmeal
1/2 cup frozen berries
plain or flavored non fat yogurt
cinnamon
Splenda
Cook oatmeal with berries for 2 minutes. Spoon on yogurt, sprinkle on cinnamon and splenda. The goopy oatmeal taste is gone!
Try adding some protein powder for a complete meal.
============
when i make my oats i usually add vanilla protein powder and some cinnamon. occasionally i'll add strawberries, which makes for a delightful bowl of oats.

Atkins sugar free maple syrup, should be able to find it in major grocery stores.
Or any variety of davinci sugar free flavored syrups. Their banana and blueberry are out of this world. Gotta get em online usually, though some places like tjmaxx have a small selection.

If your not worrying about sugar, half a table spoon of honey makes the oats taste great.

my favorite way to make oats is using steel cut oats (1/4 cup oats, 1 cup water in oven on low, 150, over night, 6-10 hours) then i top it with slived banana, pumpkin pie spice, chopped walnuts, vanilla rice milk and a touch of maple syrup. Yum!
