Hey guys, Im starting up my bulking - mass building stage since I'm back to school and I'm near a gym and not on vacation. I was just wondering how I can get in my many meals and calories everyday if I can only eat maybe once- twice max a day at school?!

make your meals(s) at home so you know what you're getting, first off.
meal replacements, protein bars, etc. are great to get. can be a little pricey, though, so making your own snacks may be more beneficial. granola bars, fruit, yogurt.. the possibilities are pretty much endless. dont be afraid to be creative :)

nuts, trailmix, sandwiches(cut them into small pieces...so into 1/2 or 1/4), etc...if you got a couple times where u can sit down and eat something bigger, pack a microwaveable dish with (e.g. black rice+chicken breast+veggies) and preheat it....then take it with u and eat it....it should still be warm even hours after...just put it in ur backpack/bag....in between times where u can sit down...eat smaller snacks...
